What We Check Before Quotation
We review the drawing around the working condition, material, wall thickness, internal passages, sealing or mounting areas, and the surfaces that must be machined after casting.
Machining and Inspection Points
The main machined areas are ports, threaded holes, sealing faces, flange surfaces, datum areas. Inspection usually focuses on port dimensions, thread gauges, sealing face condition, dimensional report, pressure or leakage test when specified. These points should be confirmed before tooling or sample production.
