Request a Custom Casting Quote

Send your drawing, material, quantity, machining areas, and inspection requirements. We review the practical casting and CNC machining route before quotation.

For custom cast parts, a useful quote is not only a price by weight. The quote depends on tooling, casting process, machining allowance, critical surfaces, surface treatment, inspection documents, packing, and delivery expectations.

Best starting point: upload or send the drawing first. If the drawing is not final, send the current version and mark the open points.

Drawing or 3D modelHelps review size, wall thickness, ribs, holes, surfaces, and machining allowance.
Material and applicationHelps choose casting route and understand strength, corrosion, pressure, or temperature needs.
Quantity and scheduleSample quantity, batch quantity, annual demand, and delivery expectation affect tooling and process choice.
Machining and inspectionMark sealing faces, bearing seats, holes, threads, datums, CMM, leakage, X-ray, or material reports if needed.

What to Include in Your Message

  • Part name and application, such as gearbox housing, pump body, valve body, bracket, cover, or aluminum enclosure.
  • 2D drawing, 3D model, sample photo, or current part information.
  • Material grade or working conditions if the material is not final.
  • Sample quantity, production quantity, and expected order rhythm.
  • Machined surfaces, tolerance notes, threaded holes, sealing faces, bearing seats, and surface finish.
  • Inspection documents or tests, such as material report, CMM report, X-ray, leakage test, or pressure test.
  • Surface treatment, packing, label, export delivery, and any special handling requirement.

What We Review Before Quoting

  • Whether the part is better suited for sand casting, die casting, gravity casting, or another manufacturing route.
  • Whether the structure has shrinkage, porosity, deformation, wall thickness, or tooling risk.
  • Whether machining allowance and datum selection are enough for the final functional surfaces.
  • Whether inspection requirements should be confirmed before sampling or production.
  • Whether the quote includes raw casting only, or casting plus CNC machining, finishing, inspection, and packing.
