Cast parts finished by machining
CNC-Machined Cast Components
Many cast components only become usable after CNC machining. The casting process and machining plan should be reviewed together so the part has enough allowance and the right datum surfaces.
We support cast parts that need holes, threads, sealing faces, bearing seats, mounting surfaces, and final inspection before shipment.
Real Machined Casting References
These existing site images show cast components where machining features, datum surfaces, holes, and sealing areas need to be reviewed together with the casting route.

Common Machined Cast Components
Machined housingsMotor, gearbox, pump, and equipment housings with controlled assembly surfaces.
Machined covers and casesCovers with flatness, sealing, threaded holes, or mounting features.
Machined bracketsStructural parts with holes, slots, faces, or fitting areas.
Pump and valve partsValve bodies, pump covers, manifolds, and fluid components with functional machining.
What Affects the Machining Plan
- Casting allowance and datum selection.
- Tolerance notes, threads, flatness, and sealing surfaces.
- Deburring, inspection, surface finish, and packing.
