What We Check Before Quotation
We review the drawing around the working condition, material, wall thickness, internal passages, sealing or mounting areas, and the surfaces that must be machined after casting.
Machining and Inspection Points
The main machined areas are multiport holes, threads, sealing faces, mounting surfaces, datum areas. Inspection usually focuses on port position, thread gauges, flatness, machined dimensions, leakage or pressure testing if required. These points should be confirmed before tooling or sample production.
