Medical Device Housing Casting with Surface and Assembly Review
Medical device housings and clean equipment parts often need careful attention to appearance, fit, burr control, surface finish, mounting holes, and final assembly surfaces. These points should be reviewed before quotation.
Medical device housing, surface finish, mounting faces, holes, fit areas, machining allowance, and inspection requirements reviewed before quotation.

Surface and Fit Areas to Review
The drawing should make clear which faces are visible, which areas are assembled, and which holes or surfaces require machining. Burrs, scratches, coating, and surface protection can matter as much as the casting shape.
Casting and Machining Discussion
We review material, wall thickness, draft, machining allowance, hole position, mounting faces, finishing, cleaning, inspection, and packing protection. If special surface expectations exist, they should be included in the RFQ.

What to Send for RFQ
Send drawings, material requirement, quantity, visible surfaces, machined areas, tolerance notes, coating or finish requirement, inspection documents, and packing expectations.
