Cast Iron
Gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, compacted graphite iron, and malleable cast iron can be reviewed for machine bases, housings, covers, brackets, pump parts, and structural components.
Cast Steel and Stainless Steel
Carbon cast steel, low alloy cast steel, and stainless steel are considered when strength, toughness, impact resistance, wear resistance, or corrosion resistance matters.

Cast Aluminum Alloys
Aluminum alloys are common for housings, covers, brackets, heat dissipation parts, automotive parts, and new energy components where weight and repeatability matter.
Cast Copper Alloys
Copper alloys are often used for bushings, bearings, valve parts, marine parts, wear-resistant parts, and components where corrosion or friction performance matters.

Material Selection and RFQ Checklist
If the material is not fixed, send the drawing, working load, corrosion or fluid condition, machined areas, surface treatment, target quantity, and any certificate requirements. We review practical cast iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, zinc, magnesium, and special alloy options around process risk, machining, inspection, and cost.
