What We Check Before Quotation
We review the drawing around the working condition, material, wall thickness, internal passages, sealing or mounting areas, and the surfaces that must be machined after casting.
Machining and Inspection Points
The main machined areas are ports, sealing faces, threaded holes, flange surfaces, plug areas. Inspection usually focuses on thread gauges, port dimensions, sealing face condition, visual defects, leakage or pressure test when specified. These points should be confirmed before tooling or sample production.
