RFQ Review for Custom Cast Parts
For a custom cast part RFQ, the drawing is more important than the part name. We review the part function, material, casting process, machining allowance, inspection needs, and delivery requirements before quotation.
- Send 2D drawings, 3D files, material request, quantity, and application notes.
- Mark bearing seats, sealing faces, threaded holes, flat mounting areas, and other CNC-machined surfaces.
- Tell us if the part needs material certificates, dimensional reports, pressure or leakage testing, coating, or special packing.
